Uniting for Impact: Souper Bowl of Caring 2024

Welcome to the heart of our community engagement – the 32nd Annual Souper Bowl of Caring! The Community Shelter of Union County proudly joins hands with Union County Public Schools and our cherished local houses of worship for a transformative campaign from January 19 to March 24.

What’s New This Year: Prepare for an electrifying experience as we rally together to make a difference in our own backyard. Every dollar raised during the Souper Bowl of Caring will directly contribute to our mission of providing emergency shelter, food, and rehousing services.

Acknowledging Champions: A special shoutout to the remarkable students, educators, and families of Union County schools who have been instrumental in the success of the Souper Bowl of Caring. Last year, Marvin Ridge Middle took the lead by raising an impressive $2,875, while Walter Bickett Elementary School exhibited an extraordinary 1,684% increase in donations!

Gratitude to Our Faith Community: Our heartfelt gratitude extends to the local houses of worship whose unwavering support continues to leave a lasting impact on our community. Together, we are creating positive change and addressing the needs of those facing homelessness and hunger.

Save the Date – Souper Bowl III: Mark your calendars for Souper Bowl III, a spectacular event where local restaurants showcase their finest soups in a thrilling cooking challenge. Join us on Tuesday, Feb. 27, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at East Frank Superette & Kitchen. It’s an evening of deliciousness and community spirit!

Get Involved: Whether you’re a student, a community member, or a local business, there are countless ways to get involved. Support our campaign by participating in events, making a donation, or spreading the word. Together, we can make the Souper Bowl of Caring 2024 the most impactful one yet!
